Does tile spacing change the estimate?
Grout spacing is included as an approximate addition to each tile’s face dimensions. Real layouts can differ at edges and around cuts.
Does this estimate account for tile patterns?
No. The estimate is for a basic rectangular layout and does not account for diagonal layouts, intricate patterns, or irregular rooms.
