Using these projects
Terms of use
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms apply to Zyankov.eu and its projects, including Letterwell and BuildCalc. By using the sites, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
What the projects provide
Letterwell searches its included English and Bulgarian word lists and provides word and game-score tools. BuildCalc provides arithmetic estimates for selected construction and home-improvement materials. The projects are provided for general information and planning.
Estimates and decisions
Results depend on the measurements, options, assumptions, dictionaries, and scoring rules used. They may contain limitations or errors and are not guarantees, supplier quotes, professional advice, structural designs, or a substitute for product instructions and applicable requirements.
Check measurements, product coverage, material properties, dictionary results, and game rules independently before relying on them. For construction work, confirm quantities and safety or structural questions with qualified professionals and suppliers.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the sites, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them in a way that violates applicable law. The projects are provided without an account or user-submitted content service.
Availability and changes
Features, content, and availability may change as the projects are maintained. The sites are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
